Once you’ve written your copy, it’s time to focus on building your leads list.

The Apollo route

We’ll be using Apollo to get contact information of the leads we’re targeting.

Head to the search tab on the top left

These are the filter you should set:

• Job title
• Location

• of employees

• Location
• Industry

You already have the information needed because you answered the questions mentioned earlier.

Going back to the lead collection process on Apollo (Which is similar to anywhere else)

1. Set the filters of your target market, including the location
2. Quickly research the person you’re targeting. If they fit and you can help them add them, if not skip’em
3. Look up their email
4. Repeat

Once you have them all ready, you can export your list as a CSV file from Apollo.

Once you export the list, add it to a Google Sheets file. This will be used to add your psersoalization.
